I have to say there's something about flamenco, Spanish sounding music that I just love. It is truly my favorite style. It can be challenging but when you can play rumba, tangos and other palos (styles) it is very rewarding.

TIP: It will be hard to play this type of music on steel string (regular acoustic guitars) instruments. It will hurt your fingers and you wont be able to create the flamenco sound

Flamenco music is played on nylon string guitars. Even if you don't have a nylon string guitar, check out the lessons anyway. If you really get hooked like I did, you can always grab a cheap nylon string guitar.
